- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $60 for standard basic problems, I charge a little more if It's a more complicated issue and involves more time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually ask them specifics about what is wrong with their computer or network and I schedule a time to come look at it. I explain to my clients in detail what is wrong with the computer or network and how I am fixing it and how to avoid it next time if possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelors degree in sociology and minor in social science
