My internet wouldn't work when I moved into my new apartment and the management/cable company wasn't responsive. Derrick from D&A was able to diagnose the problem with my modem and have my internet working in 30 minutes. He was courteous and prompt with his responses, he even showed me how to set up my wifi network and install virus protection on my laptop. I would recommend him to anyone who is getting frustrated trying to figure it out themselves!

Derrick was a major help assisting me with my computer recently. I was having trouble with my computer freezing, and locking up on me randomly. He came by, worked on it in a timely manner and now it moves as fast as the first day I bought it! Highly recommended will be using him again. Thanks again Derrick!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $60 for standard basic problems, I charge a little more if It's a more complicated issue and involves more time.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually ask them specifics about what is wrong with their computer or network and I schedule a time to come look at it. I explain to my clients in detail what is wrong with the computer or network and how I am fixing it and how to avoid it next time if possible.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelors degree in sociology and minor in social science
