Introduction: For most my life I have been pretty involved in team and personal athletics. I have participated and excelled in many areas such as running, weight lifting, track, cross country, soccer, basketball, ballet, hiking, and swimming. I have a passion for physical activity and find that the times in my life where I have been involved in such activities have been times of great personal growth and joy. This is why I decided to become an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and youth Soccer and Track Coach. An important quality I can offer on top of my athletic training is my ability to relate on personal levels. It is important for people to understand that life happens and there are real experiences that set us back from athletic goals. I have experienced ruts of lack of motivation and weight gain, gone through a couple pegnancies, had pressing schedules that had me work day and night, and other various personal set backs. I can relate that life is real and difficult at times to make room to excersice, but I have been there, and here I am back at it. I would love to help others get started, pick back up, and continue their physical progress. Everyone needs to start somewhere and I am confident that no matter the athletic level I can help!
It's important to do what you love! I love the feelings I get from regular exercise and seeing so many wonderful benefits come from that. Excersice is a form of total mind and body therapy and rejuvination. It's never too late or too early to get moving and I can't wait to help others get moving on this amazing journey!
