Introduction: I offer professional appliance repair at very reasonable prices as I am a small, locally owned operation cover my overhead. I have been in business for 7 years and have more experience. I am a factory trained Samsung Master Engineer who has dual certification for Samsung home appliance and TV repair as well. I am also a Whirlpool/Maytag/Kitchen Aid Certified tech. I work on any and all appliances and ice machines and also am licensed by the EPA for refrigeration work. Between my quality of work, prices of work and my standing behind my warranty I have many emails and postings of gratitude. I really enjoy the satisfaction I get from going to a home with a dead appliance and the customers have either been told some ridiculous story or given a insulting quote for repair. I always come back to the same question: How would I feel if a loved one or a friend got severely overcharged and all too often it was never even fixed. That is what makes me strive to do quality work at prices fair to both.

I used the services of this man (Steven Hurd) and couldn't be happier with his ability to make his customers happy. I was impressed I never had to call him or chase someone around to get the job done let alone done right. I feel that dollar for dollar I could never had done better than choosing him. I understand why he said that usually 1 call a day is from a prior customer and at least 1 will be from a word of mouth source. You can't buy that kind of advertising.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Calls in my home area ( 40 mile radius from metro Okc) are $40 for service calls and if you elect to do the repair that money goes to the total, You are never double charged. Labor is most often 50-60 dollars for up to 2 hours labor. Refrigeration is dependent on how much and what kind.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
TTC and get a explanation. You can not submit a qute to repair anything when there is no info about the problem.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
25+ years electrical and mechanical exp.
