- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our investigations department and Security department have different pricing and each is standard to the industry. It is usually set, but can vary depending on the scope of the job and the size of the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
MPS will have a client manager, investigator or supervisor talk to a new client and go over every detail of the job. We will answer all questions and make sure the client knows the entire scope of the job and walks away with a complete understanding of the pricing, the performance and job details we have set up For the client and will stay in contact with the client regularly throughout the duration of the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
MPS is licensed by the state and each one of our investigators and supervisors are individually licensed, have gone through the state required training and schooling. As well as each one also has to have prior experience in his or her field.
