We are capable of an array of services, including, but are not limited to, service work, residential and commercial remodeling, and new construction. We offer fair prices. There is no charge to give estimates. We provide fast and reliable service. We recently remodeled a local Redwing shoe store into the largest Redwing store in the world. No project is too small or too large for us. We will come give you an estimate and begin work as soon as you need us.

I called Chuck about a house I'd bought in order to renovate and sell. The previous person I'd had in to do the electrical repairs and wiring completely botched it. He had grounds running into the breakers. A 50 amp feed that was supposed to go to the range laying uncapped in the attic while it was hot, it's a wonder the place didn't burn down. Chuck came out, identified the problems right away and gave me a very fair estimate to which I agreed to on the spot. They were out there THAT AFTERNOON getting started and had the project completed within a week. The house is sold and the new owners are very happy. I can't recommend Titan Field Services enough. I'll be using them in all my real estate ventures in the future!

I contacted Chuck about issues with my recessed lighting. They were there when they said they would be and I informed them my lights would go off at random. They got up in the attic and immediately discovered the blow in insulation I'd recently had put in was covering the lights which were not rated for that. So they cleared the insulation out and I've not had any problems since. I also had them install a switch for my attic fan. They were prompt, courteous and very reasonable on price. They didn't charge me just to come out which everyone else I contacted was. I'm very pleased with this company. The other company I had come out suggested I change all my lights out to IC rated lights and gave me a high estimate. Chuck saved me a lot of money by simply clearing the insulation around the lights. Instead of trying to rake me over the coals. If you need help this is the place to call!

I basically was left with a disaster. It looked as if a 10 kids were left unsupervised in my control rooms. You couldn't find in any box which way was up. Chuck was literally one of 3 people to actually respond like he WANTED my business. He was also the only guy to actually shoot me straight. Throw down a decent quote and STICK to his parameters. And not hit me with the old "we have a situation and I need more money" line. I took him at the quote. He knocked it out. And I've been nothing but happy since. If you like your money and you want things to work. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Period

Setting up a time to come meet the customer at the site and asking them what they want, what their time frame is. Discussing options and what the most cost efficient option for them would be. Giving them our estimate.
