Introduction: We specialize in "smart homes". Our homes are built around energy efficiency. We offer WIFI controls for thermostats, lighting, HVAC, and some gas. On average, out homes save 35% on utility bills each month.
We also specialize in ADA compliant homes and "mother-in-law" plans.
Building customer's their dream home is our passion. Most builders want to build what is convenient for them. We explain the advantages and disadvantages to each floor plan and build what the customer wants; it is their dream home, not ours.
