Vintage Ballroom is a ballroom dance studio and wedding venue. We have instructors ranked as top in the industry teaching dance Sunday through Thursday. Most Fridays and Saturdays we are booking private events and weddings. We love helping people meet their goals. Why spend two or three times as much elsewhere? My wife and I were married at Vintage Ballroom in May and it was such an easy experience thanks to the owner's assistance. The physical setup of the building is great, it is well decorated and the renovations to the bar made it very fast and easy for everyone to be served timely. The process ran so smooth we almost felt like we were forgetting something. There are no restrictions on food, alcohol, DJ, etc which ended up saving us thousands of dollars. You also get the building all day long for the base price which makes setup much easier.The owner is present through all of the planning and at the event itself ensuring everything is running well. Our night went off without a hitch and I couldn't recommend Vintage Ballroom enough.

This venue is amazing! Not only is it historic and beautiful, the owners have taken great care with lighting and peripheral decor. (It was easy to put up some center pieces and have it be gorgeous!) They have additional bar seating and sofas that our guests absolutely LOVED! Also, it was the ONLY place we found that allows your own alcohol and food package which ultimately saved thousands of dollars, allowed us the creativity of having local craft beer, have our favorite wine, a signature rum (that was distilled locally as well) and flexibility with food service. The bartenders were very nice and hard working. They were available at set up, made sure we were appropriately stocked, and took great care of our guests. The venue also provides tables, nice linens, and white chairs, which are all included in the VERY REASONABLE rate. They provide tear down at the end of the night, for a nominal fee, which is WELL WORTH IT! All in all we couldn't have had a better experience.

Derek and Rebekah are some of the nicest people you could hope to meet. From their youth charity work to the free dance lessons they put on weekly for the public, they are community folks through and through. They also happen to have one of the nicest venues in town. Quaint, down home, while at the same time sleek and service-oriented are the best descriptors of the space and its proprietors. Of the folks I have sent their way, not one wasn't blown away by the reception they received in Derek and Rebekah's beautiful event space. Just meet this accomplished coupe and you will see why they are so popular in the Market and beyond. Omaha needs more of this cultural icon!!

We had the absolute best experience with Vintage Ballroom and Rebekah! Firstly, its a gorgeous space and theyve done some upgrades to make it over the top beautiful and perfect for what we wanted for our wedding. The process was so easy, they have tables/chairs, decor, servers, bartenders, and no restrictions on catering. We used all of their decor and only brought in flowers of our own for decoration. I would 100% recommend hiring Rebekah for day of coordinating, it made an already easy experience even more stress free! We literally dropped off buckets of flowers the night before and when we came back the next day she had decorated all of the tables, the aisle, and the ceremony arch beautifully! Rebekah is so kind and kept checking to see if we needed drinks or snacks during the night, and she even found a sewing kit for me when we had a wardrobe malfunction during dancing! I could not imagine a better place or people for a wedding, so do not hesitate to book with them for yours, you wont regret it!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our price is per lesson and our prices are based off the experience of our instructors. We offer a new student package that gives four private lessons for only $99 when booked on Vintage Ballroom's website (see contact info or google Vintage Ballroom Omaha for web address). The price is valid for either a couple or an individual dancer and payment is due during the first lesson in person.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We'll be dancing on the first lesson. The speed and progress will depend on how new or advanced of a student we are teaching.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our instructors have traveled the country competing and teaching dance for 20 years. Our Ballroom in ranked as the top in Omaha by multiple ballroom circuits.
