- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing normally varies based on the work needed to be done. We charge a 30% labor fee for our floral and decor designs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process starts with a consultation. Either by phone or in person. We find out about the clients personality and what they want for their event. Next, we send them a bid on the amount we can perform the event for. We do want to stay in the clients budget so we are open to changes in the bid. We strive to make the client comfortable and secure in their decision to hire and work with us.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have a total of 10 years combined experience in event planning, floral design, and event decor.
