Spencer was the videographer for my wedding in 2014. He created a beautiful video set to music of my choice documenting my bridal shoot and the big day. He also filmed my reception, creating a documentary film which was invaluable to those who couldn't make it to the wedding. Both videos are precious memories that we have preserved forever.
Spencer was very professional through the whole process, being assertive enough with guests to get the shots he needed, but also being polite and good natured with everyone.
Spencer is also very competent in video editing, gifting us with a final product that was polished perfectly and easy and enjoyable to watch.
I would recommend Spencer's videography services to anyone who wants to preserve a special event.

Spencer edited my feature film "Tim Timmerman, Hope of America." This may sound unbelievable, but he first came on the movie as our DIT, and from time to time we would ask him to make rough cuts for us to take a quick look at scenes. It wasn't long before we realized how incredibly skilled he is as an editor - especially working with comedy. My producers and I took a risk (he was young and hand't cut a feature) on promoting Spencer to fine cut the film, and I cannot tell you how grateful we have been about that decision. I absolutely love the movie, we've had a ton of success on the festival circuit, and we've recently been picked up by a regional distributor for theatrical release.
On a final note, as talented as Spencer is, perhaps the thing I value most about him is how reliable he is. He has been a god send all throughout the post production process, cutting trailers and promotional videos, creating DCP's, making editing adjustments for our title sequences, etc. He works hard and fast and never complains.
I was telling a director friend of mine about Spencer and his quote to me was, "Hang on to that guy." I cannot recommend Spencer highly enough.

Spencer is great to work with and is a very intuitive editor. Hand him your rough video and he takes care of it. I suggest planning your shoots so you have plenty of interview and shots to pick from. Looking forward to working with him again.
