- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is difficult to spell out in one short paragraph. I'm always happy to give a free bid though.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It's simple, they call us to get pricing and if they except our bid, which is typically over the phone, they schedule. We don't make or push our customers to sign contracts. We just hope they like our services enough to call us back.
