I use my computer for a living and more than half a day of downtime can kill me. Jeremy is fast, knowledgeable, friendly, and very professional. I've used him twice now for a computer hardware install and a boot issue I had and he got me up and going very quickly. If I need any computer or other device repairs (he fixes phones and TVs too!) Jeremy was so personable and kind and did an amazing job working on my laptop's screen repair. What I appreciate the most is the professionalism. He kept me informed every step of the way and worked with my schedule to assure I got my laptop issue taken care of and received it in a timely manner. He knows his stuff, he's patient with explaining everything thoroughly (so you know what you're paying for), and is prompt. He ordered the part I needed the same day.
