- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A client or real estate agent will call me for a consultation to preview their vacant or occupied property. For occupied/furnished homes I offer two different consultations. After having a conversation with the homeowner, we deceide which consultation is best for their needs. With a vacant property I typically stage the main living areas - entry, dining room, kitchen, living room and master suite. More rooms can be staged upon request. I own my own inventory and personally choose furnishings for every project that will accentuate the homes postive features while keeping in mind the demographics of the potential buyer who will be making an offer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my certification in home staging. I also have a Bachelors of Science degree in elementary education and post graduate courses in design theory, color consulting, space planning, furniture, fabric and textile selections.
