Live Oak Yoga and Massage LLC

Introduction: Live Oak is a small community yoga and massage studio. We provide a number of different classes for everyone in the community, seniors are welcome to attend all of our classes. Prenatal yoga, kids yoga and other styles are also available. The Live Oak Yoga spa offers a number of massage therapies from relaxation, thai and reflexology, we also have added esthetics in facials, cupping and ayurveda. Live Oak takes great pride in offering a variety of wellness services to the Orlando community that are all green and environmentally conscious. We love alternative healing and offer Chinese medicine, ayurveda and a few others. From the moment you walk into our quaint studio you are welcomed by a serene scent of essential oils while you are surrounded by our beautiful locally painted Oak tree mural, you will feel any stress melting away.
