- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Although we have standard and competitive rental prices, we understand clients have individual event needs. We offer incentives and discounts to repeat clients and special pricing to registered industry partners. Please contact us for a custom quote based upon the rental items and services you are interested in. For most of the products we require a refundable security deposit. The amount will vary depending on products rented and order total. This deposit is due anytime and no later than the day before your schedule pick up or delivery. It is intended to cover repair, excessive cleaning or replacement costs we incur. We will happily return your deposit within 3 business days of receiving all rented items free of loss or damage.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication is first established in one of three methods by phone, email or in our showroom. Appointments to visit our showroom are not necessary but are greatly encourage. We open daily from Monday thru Friday. Once a free consultation is established, the client tells me or a staff member details about his/hers event and what his/hers needs are. We provide a quote within 24 - 48 hrs and sometimes even the same date depending on the scope of the project. Once a quote is accepted an invoice is sent. We require a deposit that will vary according to rentals reserved to hold the merchandise you have selected for your event date. This deposit will guarantee your product availability. The remaining balance is due no later than two weeks prior to pick up or delivery date. For your convenience, we accept cash, cashier’s check, money orders, and all major credit cards.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In 2005 I obtained a degree in Interior Design from Seminole State College and an AutoCAD Technical Certification from Valencia Community College. As part of my recent continue education I have taken Photography and Graphic Design courses of Photoshop, Illustrator and In Design programs. In addition, I have attended to numerous Event Design workshops and conventions in New York, Las Vegas, New Orleans & Florida.
