- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I standardly offer my first-time client a discounted rate for their first session(s). I also offer a bundle discount on session purchases of 3 or more.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically like to check in with new clients by phone so that I can identify goals and needs for healing prior to setting the appointment. The client/healer relationship is therapeutic and a vibrational match should be confirmed beforehand. I will also let client know what to expect from me and what the session will look like.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 15 years of healthcare experience and 2 years experience as a Reiki healer. I am an empath and my gift is in helping others heal from within. I have a natural ability and intuitive knowledge that help clients identify blockages to their emotional, physical, and spiritual health and well-being.
