- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have discounts for veterans, disable people and seniors.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We answer the calls in a friendly and professional manner. Customers can talk to me in Portuguese, Spanish or English. We will ask you to send us pictures of the trees or, if you comfortable, FaceTime to see what you are seeing, so we can give you a fast and convenient customer service experience. This way we can estimate prices and negotiate before we come out.
