- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge per quote or per hour. We have a variety of different IT skill sets and customers. For example, we charge a flat rate to hang a TV, however charge per hour to trouble shoot IT equipment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our customers call us. They will speak to one of our dispatchers and a service call request will be opened. Our Acct manager will call the client to set an account up and schedule the work order for service. We will dispatch a technician to resolve the issue.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are A+, Network+ and Bisci certified technicians.
