FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
This is a tough question. The real answer is it depends on your what and your why. Some people need more accountability and motivation. Some people just need program design so they can do a routine on their own time. Other people want a semi-private setting with their significant other or a close friend. Maybe you're preparing for an upcoming competition and need more attention. Or you could be somebody who wants to get back into the swing of things after a long stint on the bench. It is all going to vary person to person. I am happy to answer any and all questions you have about this.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It is critical that we start with two powerful questions, what and why. What are your goals? Why do you want to achieve those goals? I really dive deep into this because I feel it is critical you establish your true motives for training with me. Your fitness journey is never going to be an easy one but when you keep the end game in mind, it is a powerful motivator and will keep you on track. Of course I will be here supporting you the entire way so you don't get off but I cannot be there for you when the times that matter for your success come around. I cannot be there for every meal you eat, every workout you do on your own, or the thoughts you think. After establishing your what and why, we then go into the how. How will I help you to accomplish these goals. Everything starts with movement. To know where you want to go, I must know where you are now. Our initial assessment will reveal crucial details for your domination of your goals.
