Shannon creates an ideal environment for learning -- friendly, supportive, accepting of all levels and temperaments. She provides just about the perfect level of guidance -- enough, not too much. She encourages but doesn't push. It's all about having a good time and developing your skill level, and this fosters an atmosphere among the players that is very congenial.

Coach Shannon is wonderful with kids. She is encouraging and really tries to bring out the best in each child, from the technical aspect of the game to the mental/emotional. From an administrative standpoint, Coach Shannon is incredibly organized. Despite the continuing changes in people's schedules, she's able to juggle and sort it out week after week with minimum hassle.

Shannon is a model instructor or for our children. She teaches them the technical aspects of tennis as well as good sportsmanship and court ettiquite.

Shannon is a great tennis teacher. She is professional and patient. I enjoy learning with her. Plus she has 100+ balls, so that I don't have to pick up balls all the time during class :P
