- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We start at 9 dollars a person and go up in price from there.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with them or talk to them usually before coming up with a menu , so I can get a "vision " of what they want
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My parents owned a restaurant , so most of the training was there.
