Introduction: I provide private lessons to individuals or couples looking to learn yoga or enhance their current practice. Physical yoga postures, breath, alignment and safety are a few of the principles that will be incorporated to increase flexibility, strength and enlightenment. I have am a Power Vinyasa Certified Teacher; RYS200; RYT200.
I have been doing yoga for over 20 years and believe that everyone can benefit from it not all physically, but mentally. I look forward to being your guide in a practice that you will be able to use for the rest of your life.
