If you want your child to learn more than just playing piano, including music, character, patience, history, emphasize love for music and more, then he really is the teacher for your child. He had helped my son learn how to play while also showed us how well he can play, not to show off but to really express how music can be played well- the likeness for piano can be achieved. Every class is all worth it n we are very happy, my son is happy.

My daughter has been taking piano and violin lessons from Paul. The piano lessons since age 9 for almost 2 years now, and the violin lessons for a few months now to augment the strings music instruction at her school. He was referred by a family in our neighborhood, and he was open to trial lessons before completely signing on. He goes into music appreciation and history along with his teaching. We have also enjoyed a few recitals of his students along the way - there are three of these each year in student homes, and the anticipation of an upcoming recital is good motivation for the student to practice. For one of these recitals, Paul wrote the sheet music for a popular song that my daughter chose, since there wasn't one readily available. So he goes out of his way to customize the teaching. My daughter has progressed well, and enjoys the experience. I definitely recommend Paul.

Paul has been a fantastic piano teacher. Additionally, he has a deep and passionate knowledge of music theory and history. His lessons are rich not only in technique, but also the story behind any particular song he's teaching. I highly recommended him.

Paul taught piano lessons in our home to our three children for ten years. It was a delight to have the lessons going on each week. Paul's style of teaching is very specific to each child. He is a wonderful mentor and teacher. He taught them about the music and the composers and history too. The recitals in the different students homes were very special too. We highly recommend Paul Price.
