At Star Planning we specialize in day-of wedding coordination. Most of the couples out there have had their dream wedding planned for years but are looking for someone to come in and take the stress away on their big day. That is where we come in. We will meet with you months before your big day to go over logistics and ensure every detail is thought of and executed properly. You should never worry about mishaps; just leave that to us to take care of! It's what we do!

Before visiting another wedding planner page, stop RIGHT NOW and hire Katie! We hired her for day of coordination at our wedding and from the minute she got there until she left she was simply fantastic to work with. Even before the day she was so helpful with any little thing I had a question on from vendors to day of timeline to set up details. She was also super flexible when we wanted to change the contract a little and have her come earlier in the day to help with the set up. Throughout the entire process she was so professional, quick to respond, organized, thoughtful, and overall a really down to earth and nice person. We felt no stress the day of the wedding and I know we owe this to Katie. She is a dream to work with!

Katie was absolutely amazing as our day-of coordinator and took care of things so we didn't have to worry about them. She went above and beyond to address any issues that came up during the day. We highly recommend her!!
