I give it a 1 only because of the labor involved(guys did what they were told but didn't know what they were doing). I would not recommend Pelshaw Group. I believe he was way over his head. Good sales man but bad business man. We were told it would take 5-7 days, it took 2 weeks including 1 weekend and after I relieved him from 3 pieces of the job. Started on the 1st and didn't see them again until the 6th of July, 2 days after the holiday weekend. Kept bringing people he didn't even know onto my property and I say that because he would introduce himself to them. Told us he does one job at a time but the people would say he had them on other jobs. Said he would be there 90% of the time and we saw him 10% if lucky. Kept pinching us for payments and as soon as he was done, demanded payment and threatened with a lawyer less than 24 hours after I told him it was done(just to get rid of him). Several things were done wrong. We felt like prisoners in our own home because we didn't want to deal with it. No attention to the detail of actual work. Needs to practice what his videos and writings suggest. Not to be so harsh but reality and I believe I was taken. Tried to tell me how to manage my money when he should take care of his own house. I was not willing to pay until satisfied. Buyer beware. i will only seek established professionals. If the established company I did seek would have ever sent me their bid, would have went with it.

Its unfortunate this customer has skewed the truth in his bitter review. The job was started early, we worked weekends, and dealt with rain days and still did very high quality work. His contract allowed for a week and a half, weather permitting. There was the 4th of Juky holiday, and 3 rain days. We fulfilled the contract early despite his rants and his continual work jnterruptions. We even did extras for this customer, and brought in subcontractors to help complete the work. Perhaps rhe other company sensed how difficult this customer would be to work with, and avoided him like I wish I had. Some people are just not happy with anything, even high quality work.

Bob is all you could ask for in a handyman/contractor. He's very professional and goes out of his way to be helpful. Once hired he immediately went to work and was done in a few days instead of the week+ I thought it would take. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and plan to hire him again.
