Introduction: Avi has been doing traditional and classical physiotherapy, acupuncture and massage since 1999. Avi traveled throughout Asia and Oceana for eight years; honing and mastering his craft. During that time, he immersed himself in the study of internal and external martial arts, eastern fitness and exercise, holistic medicine, and cultural studies. I enjoy giving people the tools they need to take control over their health and their own lives. Instinctively, we all understand that health is one of the primary factors that contributes to a good quality of life. It is my mission to deliver that quality through therapy and training. Nowadays, it is more important than ever for people to strive towards self-empowerment, self-reliance and self discipline instead of dependency. We all know the proverb: Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day; teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime. This idea is at the core of my belief system. I enjoy helping people learn how to be in control of their own lives. I want people to cultivate their own personal power so that they can depend on themselves. I am here to help with that process. I coach and train people towards a state of personal liberty.
