- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is extremely fair. I do not support a show room or employees. My pricing for homeowners and contractors is the same.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Set appointment for initial visit. Listen to what customer desires. Measure/design. Set timeframe for job. Work on job every day until complete. I do not jump from job to job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working with cabinets since 1986. I worked with cabinet professionals for the first few years learning to do things right the first time. Measure twice, install once.
