- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our hourly rates are estimated, fair and competitive. Our flat rate binding estimates give you a price that will not change on the day of your move as long as the inventory doesn't change. For small to medium moves I recommend an hourly rate. Flat rate binding estimates are recommended for large jobs and for long distance moves .
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When making contact with new customers, we will gather as much information pertaining to the move in-order to ascertain the details necessary to give as accurate an estimated time as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I personally have been moving furniture most of my life. I'm 46 years old. I've worked as a trainer for both drivers and movers.
