Please read real reviews...This is tras talk from competiitor ...not a customer. Well thank you Thumbtack I get hassledd by this competitor and his friend drinking late at night who never hire me and if you read everything that was said in between us you'll see I did not want to go up as they contacted me and harass me on a Friday night at 11:30 pm - 1:00 am.
God willing they find something better to do than hassle competitors and tell a woody story in an attempt to drop my good gold rating and 2 years Excellent Performance award with thumbtack.
This should not be allowed but Thumbtack has no monitoring for competition and harassment policy receives no response.
Have another drink fellas.

I would give no stars if I was allowed. First off he was over a hour late for our appointment. He never once attempted to look at the drain or the pump. He only turned the washer on and off to waste time. He was at my residence for a total of 30 minutes with the only suggestion of "cleaning the washer". Which is fine if the F21 error issue was resolved. Then again without looking at anything, he suggested I purchase a panel that would cost me over $300 plus his service fees. He basically robbed me out of my hard earned money. He took advantage that I'm a female with small children in the home.
Once he left, I removed the entire pump locating the object that was clogging my pump. Once it was removed the washer worked fine!! He's a scam. I wouldn't hire him again or suggest his services to anyone.
If you do hire him, good luck.

Fixed unit, .customer called me and threatened and demanded money back or she would post negative comments.
EXTORTION
Noted...Lack of maintenance..,.I recommended cleaning as per manufacturers instructions. Also noted wear on electronic control panel of 10 year old unit.
Customer had a friend call and say SORRY and informed me, customer (Racheal) recently became a widow and today June 9, happened to be there anniversary.
I am sorry for your loss and wish you the best in future.
