- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are not the cheapest nor the highest priced for several reasons. You can find inflatables from people who aren't insured or properly trained for almost nothing at all. But every weekend we get calls from people needing us to rescue them. They tried to get the best deal, and the day of the party, the people never show. It happens every single weekend. We here stories all the time of their old inflatables turning off mid party and trapping the kids, or them arriving with an extremely dirty inflatable. We are insured with a 5 million dollar policy and have all 5 star reviews on Google. All of our inflatables are cleaned with non toxic simple green and properly anchored so there is no chance of it flying away.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our goal isn't to satisfy or please our customers, our goal is to amaze them! We make the entire process easy and stress free so you can relax and focus on other things. We only hire the best of the best people, and want to give you the best experience you've ever had with an inflatable company.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have certified CDL drivers and BBB accredited. We have training videos for new employees, and have strict guidelines on making sure there is no way anyone could get hurt from the inflatable.
