I really enjoyed Russ at the beginning. He was professional and communicated when he was going to arrive to fix my shower. He took his time, went to the store to get the broken part, and completed the job timely. I had a 2nd job for him as well, so he went to my kitchen to check the sink. He didn't have the right part with him, so we agreed that he would come back at a later date to quickly tighten my faucet down and be on his way. This was back in April. I haven't seen him since. I've texted him tons of times, and after a month and a half of no responses, I called him. He told me over the phone that he would schedule me in a day or two (and as of today, that was 2 weeks ago). I didn't want to leave a negative review at first, because he did do a great job on the first part of the job I hired him for. However, his lack of communication and refusal to complete tasks like he said he would is unacceptable at this point. I'm going to now have to pay somebody else to come out and do a "really simple" fix to my sink since he doesn't seem to care to honor his commitments. I'm disappointed this is how things had to end as I was going to give a 5 star review at first.
