These guys were great. Called em last minute after the other guy canceled last minute and they showed up....fast. Obviously, since they had just a few hours notice, they lost a bit of time having to go to the store. But the job was done by mid adternoon—beautifully. Dillon was a saint to work with. Work site was impeccable when they left. Digression: they asked if I minded if they put on music. I said, « no ». Discovered two great songwriters thanks to thym Honestly, if you want professional, fast and clean: THESE GUYS. My neighbors asked me later who I had hired.

I needed help removing a microwave that was mounted to the cabinets. They did it quickly and inexpensively. I will definitely hire them for another job.

Promised a site visit to review the proposed work, but never came; promised to "call in 20 minutes," but never even did that either. Terrible communication and lack of any professionalism. Update: In his/their reply to my review above, Maintenance Monsters refers to a "lack of communication by email by both parties." Incorrect; in fact, an outright lie. I never received any communication from MM to which I did not respond immediately. Any "lack of response" on my part was for a simple reason: They did not contact me at all. So, add "dishonestly" to my review.
