- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on the particular request, notice given, length of stay, and the number of animals/children being cared for.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to ask (and be asked) any questions upfront to ensure that I fully understand what is expected of me and what the customer can expect from my stay. I believe this is the best way to avoid confusion, and to make sure that everyone has a positive experience.
