- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes all of my services are package priced to help save my customers money.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customers book a date for an event on my website. I call to confirm the booking with the client and get more event details. I then send client an invoice for the full amount but only require that a 50% non-refundable deposit (if client cancels) is paid and the remaining balance is due 30 days before the event. I am always available by phone for continuous communication with my clients up until the day of the event.

I am a certified Event Specialist and Event Planner since 2012.
