John and his crew were amazing and did a fantastic job moving our stuff. My previous building had fire and there were building access restrictions that did not give us enough time to pack our belongings. They helped pack our apartment,disassembled all our furniture, moved it and reassembled all our furniture with ease and in time. They came equipped with packing supplies and tools for furniture work. Great job!

These guys were great! I had scheduled them early morning. We had packed probably 80% of the items in boxes or bins and everything else was miscellaneous items and large furniture items. I miss calculated how much stuff there was in the apartment and when they showed up with the truck, it was evident that it was not all going to fit. Nonetheless, they were very positive that everything was going to fit and in the end it did, well most of it. It took about 5 hrs to move from one place to the other which over shot my initial estimate of 3-4hours, because I did not account for two flights of stairs at the drop off location. I understood the extra cost. The professionalism and can-do attitude was great, plus they pack the uhaul to Max capacity, I have never seen anything like that before. I would recommend using their service.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
(2 hour Minimum) 2 movers: $120(ph) /3 Movers: $160(ph)/ 4 movers: $200 (per hour)
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we need a few details about your move, things like starting location, drop-off location, item list ect. Once we send over the quote and you agree, we require a $60 dollar depot that go towards your move. After you book we will be contacting you the day before the service to make sure everything is ready to be moved.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As you may already know there is no college for movers but All my guys (Me included) either worked for another moving company or furniture company before which means. (Furniture Mecca, IKEA, and Mattress Giant to name a few.)
