Bridal styling services
Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: I offer exceptional coloring, highlighting, and cutting services for clients in the center of Camelback/Arcadia/Biltmore Area. I've been doing hair for about 5 years, and I specialize in thick hair, curly hair, and blonding methods (balayage, ombre, highlights, babylights). I love making people feel beautiful! As I said above, I truly love making people feel beautiful. Being a stylist is much more than applying color, or cutting strands. It is about seeing what would look best on you personally, your face shape, your skin coloring, and your lifestyle. A certain high maintenance style might look amazing on you, but if you do not have time to come in every four weeks, you won't actually have the style that is best for you; whereas if a few things are embellished here and strategically placed to enhance your natural beauty, you feel good and still have the time for maintenance and your busy lifestyle.

Kate is the best stylist I have been to. She is so accomadating to your needs and offers a thorough consultation. I love my hair every time and I am a very picky blonde! I'm so glad I found you Kate!!!

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I offer 50% off color services to new clients as incentive to try me out. Everyone's hair is different, so there is no set pricing for color, but my haircut pricing is $60 for a shampoo, cut, and style!

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I always book extra time with a new client for a consultation at the beginning, and to get to know both the client, and her hair. I figure out how her hair goals, look at some pictures, and find out her hair routine and how much maintenance her lifestyle stands for. I make sure before we start that we are on the same page with the style, and keep her informed with each step of the process!

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I graduated from Kohler Academy (Now, Penrose Academy) in Scottsdale. Assisted 2 top stylists in a very high end salon in Arcadia for just over 2 years while I started growing my clientelle. I then moved to Park Avenue Salon in order to have a more flexible schedule for my growing business. I take continued education in forms of color classes, styling classes, and attend webinars and keep on track for the coming hair trends!
