- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Many people don't understand how a Life Mastery Coach/Life Coach works. I help people to see where they are, clarify where they want to be, and how to get from one to the other. It's about being supported and guided through making changes in life, by letting go of old thoughts and beliefs not serving them, and then to learn to create the ones they really desire through a series of principles that begin to create the life they were born to live.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed Life Mastery Consultant with Life Master Institute Licensed Spiritual Practitioner with The center for Living Centers AA in Communications/Journalism BS in Communications/Technology Retired Pro Fitness Athlete 30 Years as a Personal Trainer and Health Club Owner I am constantly studying and attending workshops to keep current and aware of any new information that I believe can assist my clients.

I have worked with all types of clients from business professionals, celebrities, to everyday people seeking to live a more joyous, happy, prosperous fullfilling life.
