FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Much of what I do custom so it is difficult to have "standard pricing" for jobs. There are just too many variables. I typically charge $55 dollars per hour of labor and do my best to stick to my estimates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with potential clients in person at the job site to get a good idea of what they need. Often, they have ideas but aren't sure. I like to provide them with options and give feedback as to why certain ideas may or may not work given the situation. Collaboration is important to me and I want clients to be happy with their final product.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to trade school 15 years ago and have been working as a welder ever since. I have a very broad background that includes structural, industrial, hot rod, motorcycle, and off-road fabrication and welding. I also have a good working background in machining, computer aided drafting (CAD), and mechanics.
