I took voice lessons from Lacy because of the need for my job as a music director at church. I am a pianist, so I didn’t have the need for basic music theory but strong understanding of vocal techniques for the purpose of singing without straining my voice, which was the reason I never sang, and also teaching my choir members. Lacy has been very patient and extremely helpful in making me understand the vocal techniques. Less than a year of taking lessons from her without any previous training from anybody else, I pass the audition for the Phoenix Symphony Chorus.
I highly recommend Lacy if you want solid and right technique from the get go as well as artistry.
