- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing ALWAYS depends on the client's budget. Although this budget needs to be reflective of what the client wants, needs, and desires. I am always happy to work with my clients and divide this list up and see what we can make happen to produce the best event possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I talk to my clients, get to know them and listen to them. I want this to be a calibration between us. I want each event to be reflective of the client’s needs, wants, and desires. I take the time to make sure every detail is paid attention to and every guest enjoys their experience.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 30 years of hospitality and event experience. I was on the board for ILEA (International Live Event Association) for 5 years and president for two of those years. My degree is in business, and my resume lists restaurants and event experience from all over the country including, Cleveland, Chicago, Washington DC, New York City, and here in the valley of the sun.
