- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For the most part, I charge for time and materials. There are occasions where I charge a flat rate for a repair. My trip charge is the time it takes me to get to your job from my home or the job before yours. I try to logistically make my appointments to make that charge as inexpensive as possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to get as much info and detail as possible to give the most accurate estimate I can before arriving.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked on houses since I was about 10 years old learning from my Uncle who was a general contractor. My passion for building, designing, creating and repairing has never wavered and I truly believe my craftsmanship is impeccable. Old school if you will. I take pride in everything I do. And I have always lived by "Doing the right thing even when no one is looking".
