Introduction: I am a financial professional at Equitable Advisors, where I leverage my securities and insurance licenses, as well as my coaching and networking skills, to help clients achieve their financial goals and objectives. Prior to joining Equitable Advisors, I am an Olympic professional swimmer and Former D1 swim coach at Indiana University. During my tenure at IU our program finished Top 4 in the nation. I was fortunate to work with Olympic Gold Medalists and NCAA champions. I'm currently the Egyptian Record Holder in the breaststroke events & I’m also the African Record Holder in few other events. Youssef is a professionally trained top swimmer. He is knowledgeable and very patient with kids. He is also willing to come to your place to teach. I am happy that I hired Youssef to be my daughter's swimming coach and she learned all 4 types of swimming style from him. Highly recommend him!

My kids loved working with Youssef. He drives to your place and is never late. He has very flexible sechedule and can pretty much work at any time you need him. Lastly he is very outgoing and professional in swimming lessons.

His career and background in swimming gives him a great knowledgeable base to his coaching style. He is very laid back and finds new innovative ways to teach swimmers the necessary techniques to be a good swimmer. He verbally pushes swimmers to be better and reach their maximum potential. Great swimmer and even greater coach, would recommend 10/10.

Youssef is the best swim coach out there. He is a professional swimmer and represented his country in big competitions. He is a world-class swimmer and the Egyptian record holder for all the breaststroke events. If you want to learn the best skills, I would highly recommend him.

Youssef arrived on time, but I hadn't signed up with him yet. Instead, I wanted to talk to him about my goals and how many classes we could do together. However, as he explained that he thought we were already working on classes, he acted rudely and unprofessionally.
I gave him my sincere apologies for the confusion, told him we could get started right away, and gave him five minutes. However, before I could finish, he messaged me to explain that he had departed and was not the appropriate fit for me.
If you want to be a good coach, you need to have a little bit of patience and respect.

It’s unfortunate that we didn’t get to work together. However, Im responding to your message to show how professional I was from the beginning to the end. You messaged me to ask about details first then you went non stop trying to negotiate the price which is fine. You told me you would get back to me on when you want to start. Few days later you texted me and ask if I can come tomorrow. I responded absolutely and showed up at 2:45pm before 3:00pm which is supposedly the lesson time. However, I ring the bell then you text me “Man I said 3:00pm” which I really didn’t get. Then went back to my car and waited till 3:07pm when you showed up by your door. I greeted you and was ready to come in and start the lesson. You then told me I don’t want to start today, I just wanted to meet first. Which we never discussed! I do not go to people’s home whom I don’t know to meet them; RED FLAG #1! I told you then right way that’s not what we agreed on. You then go we can start today. I was like okay that’s fine it was just a misunderstanding. Then you asked if you can pay with credit card?! Which I didn’t really get, I’m a personal swim coach not a credit card machine; RED FLAG #2! I then told you can pay using venmo or zelle or cash which would make more sense. However, you said it’s okay let’s start I just have 10-15 mins with my meeting? RED FLAG #3. However, I went back to my car then and you left me hanging longer time, which clearly shows you’re not professional at all. I was really professional from A to Z. I utilize my time efficiently and professionally. In terms of patience, I was very patient considering all the uncertainties and circumstances you put me in. At the end, I decided your job is not for me, I texted you professionally that unfortunately I’m not the swim instructor for you & you still texted me to insult me.
In terms of being a good coach, my accolades speaks for itself. Im fortunate to work and keep working with swimmers at all levels and been getting good feedback ever since.
