Gina Ciarrocchi Yoga

Introduction: I offer mindfully created group yoga classes and private sessions for distinct beginners to experienced yogis. Tailored to the group or person in front of me, you can expect each session to coordinate to what you're looking for, whether you'd like to focus on a specific part of the body or a pose. I hold a yoga teacher training certificate from Stray Dog Yoga Studio and am a registered yoga teacher at the 200-hour level with Yoga Alliance. I also use my yoga training to fuel my interest and passion for helping people via life coaching. Life coaching sessions involve, of course, tons of chatting and listening, but also exercises derived from yogic practices and principles, including meditation - not the "bleach your mind free of every thought" kind, but the "we know we have thoughts, let's boil them down" kind so we can define your point A and make moves to get you to where you want to be. As a whole, when working with me, you can expect to be treated and embraced as the real human being you are. Nearly 10 years after my first brush with yoga and a bunch of life's twists and turns under my belt, yoga remains the constant, a fresh breath of air that consistently brings a smile to my face, an openness in my heart and an overall appreciation for all the little things. In my classes, I work to cultivate the same sense of safe, fun expression that originally brought yoga and myself together, coupled with a continual focus on mindful alignment and fluid, breath-filled movement that always invites in a challenge. Life coaching became the next logical addition to my yoga teaching, and I am currently knee-deep in my life coaching training. Through yoga and spiritual self-care, I continue to learn, grow, and work towards conquering some of my greatest challenges; I know you can do the same.
