I originally put an order due to my computer not booting up. However after a couple hours with him he found out that there were many errors on my hard drive. So he transferred my data, ordered a new hard drive and replaced it. I had so much data on my computer it took a week just to transfer. He kept me informed every step of the process. I highly recommend his services to anyone.
