- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $35/hr for Skype sessions and $50/hr for in person sessions. Typically, if the individual lives on the east side of Pittsburgh, I will only charge $35/hr.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have a general idea of what each of my customer's goals are for Spanish and how they would like to achieve them as well as their background in Spanish. This helps me create a personalized lesson plan to help my customer achieve their goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BA in Spanish from Seton Hill University and have earned a language certificate at Casa Goethe in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. I have also studied and spoke Spanish for the majority of my life, as I started frequently conversing with my friend's family from Mexico at 16 years old.
