FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We specialize in luxury travel and are accepting new clients with a trip budget of $8000 and above. Our clients pay a nonrefundable advising fee, starting at $350. This fee covers the time it takes to research and curate a fully personalized travel experience for you. Virtuoso clients receive a special set of value-added amenities, such as upgrades, breakfast, spa credit, etc. when staying at member hotels across the world. In addition to our Virtuoso membership, SmartFlyer is a recognized elite partner of the most notable and highly regarded hotel brands in the world, such as Rosewood, Four Seasons, Ritz Carlton, St. Regis, Dorchester Collection, Mandarin Oriental, Relais & Chateaux, Jumeirah, The Peninsula, Belmond, Rocco Forte, and more. Our industry clout and personal relationships give you an edge that can take you further than the internet or any prestigious credit card.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, you'll fill out a new client form with your contact information and travel preferences. Then, we'll arrange a complimentary consultation call to discuss your trip! We want to learn more about you and your travel companions so that your trip is personalized for you - why are you traveling? What is on your wishlist? What is your budget for the trip? What are some great trips you've taken in the past? It'll also be an opportunity for me to answer your questions and explain the travel planning process. If we determine that we are a good fit for each other, we'll move forward with obtaining details needed for booking - passenger information, credit card, passport scans. The nonrefundable advisor research fee is charged at this time, and we will discuss a timeline for when you can expect to receive a trip proposal to review.
