So far, I love it. I have a long way to go but I have seen a lot of progress in such a short amount of time. Not only have I lost weight but I am building muscle too. He isn't a typical trainer that just gives you a meal plan and calls it a day. He pushes you to actually learn about the food that you consume and many other things. Just know that there are not any handouts and motivation is required.

I've been an athlete my whole life. I've had college coaches, marathon coaches, triathlon coaches and guidance from sports performance training centers. Simply put...AMP fitness is by far the best I've ever had. Not only have the training strategies met my expectations they have exceeded them beyond what I could imagine. The best part is that no matter who you are, whether a seasoned athlete looking to improve performance or someone who needs help to become healthier and lose weight, this training is completely personalized to fit each and every person and their fitness and life goals. Top notch! I couldn't be happier.

This is a holistic approach, not just loosing weight, or lifting but nutrition, lifting, weight loss, and living after you reach your goals. One on One attention with out sugar coating. He makes it very simple if you are willing to trust the plan! He teaches you so you can have confidence and success long after you have reached your goals. He gives you the plan then expects you to follow it. As you progress your plan changes to eliminate plateaus and continue mental and physical growth. Trust the plan and you will achieve your goals!

I liked the knowledge and one on one attention that he gives. The lifting and nutrition programs were specific to me and my goals. He teaches how to do the lifts and keeps an eye on how you progress weekly. I love that he's teaching me how to live after dieting so that I can keep my goals that I have achieved.
