The service from ProTech was exceptional! I personally recommend their service to anyone who needs help with their system.They were fast, professional, clean, knowledgeable, patient, and went out of their way multiple times to help with my complex computer problem.I really am grateful to Patrick for all of his diligence and commitment to resolve my issue at a fair price and very fast.My case went like this:My gaming computer was having some random reboot issue and even though i know about computers couldn't find a fix or root cause.During quarantine, Patrick came prepared with his mask and was very clean when doing onsite diagnostics; very quickly we identified that further testing would be required so he took the system.That same night and next day, Patrick was very transparent and professional about what he found. He kept me in the loop regarding the cost of the equipment and his labor, and consulted withe me for every mayor decision. I really liked that he had my budget in mind at all times and offered to find discounts with the suppliers or just gave his professional advice to decide what to do next. It felt as if a friend was helping me out.Through the process we encountered some challenges, and I was truly impressed with ProTech's commitment to fix my issue and make it as easy for me as possible. As an example, obtaining the components next day during "labor day madness" was not an easy task and he got it done with no problem.I will certainly contact them again in the future for any software or hardware related issues i have with my system or printer.
