- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Let me know what you can afford, I want to reach out to as many as possible. I'm very laid back and flexible. I can make it a relaxed friendly environment with jokes or I can be a drill sergeant.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It all depends on you! I will work up a phenomenon blueprint but its up to you to follow it the best you can.
