Acumen Contracting did our roof in May 2016. They went above and beyond our expectations. They took care of all the details,starting with dealing with the insurance company to finding the right materials to complete the job. They kept us updated on the status of the work and completed all the repairs on time. It was a pleasure working with this company and I can’t say enough how thankful I am for all the work they did for us. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a standard pricing. Just i cant really put into words. We mostly work from insurance jobs. We have a set price depending all the amount of work. Replacing decking or even if the roof has a higher pitch or lower.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Get to know the person first. Figure out what your needs are. If we are doing this for ourselves we can never make you happy.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The owner of the company( One of them). First job was a roofer. when he was 14. He has been doing home repair/roofing his entire life. Has licences in 3 different states. Arkansas, Oklahoma and Colorado. Easy state has a test to get the licences. Denver Colorado has the hardest test. A lot of studying went in to better himself and the company.
