- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We primarily work with the insurance company to complete repairs, the only responsibility of the customer is the deductible which we can help offset with our programs such as interest free financing!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will first come out and do an additional inspection even if the insurance company has been out to insure everything that was damaged by the storm is covered and paid for properly. We will then reconcile any differences and complete the build.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have level 2 certification in Xactimate We carry an FFA commercial drone license Conklin System Certified Malarkey Mater Certified Dura-Last Systems Certified
